Gideon Terms of Service and SMS Program Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using Gideon services, or opting into SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Gideon provides threat intelligence and alerting tools for authorized organizations. Service functionality, integrations, and features may change over time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting credentials, and ensuring all account activity complies with applicable law and organizational policy.

4. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and completing verification, you consent to receive SMS messages from Gideon related to account alerts and operational notifications.

  • Message frequency varies based on account activity and alert volume.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy Notice

We collect and process account information, including phone numbers used for verified SMS notifications, to operate and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information for third-party marketing. We may share information with service providers necessary to deliver the platform (for example, SMS carriers and messaging providers).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including encryption controls for sensitive integration credentials.

6. Permitted Use
