Gideon Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all use of Gideon services and related communications. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Authorized use
Gideon is provided for legitimate threat intelligence, alerting, and related workflows by authorized organizations and their personnel. You may use the service only in compliance with your agreements with Gideon, applicable law, and your organization's policies.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform, probe or attack our systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service (including excessive automated access that impairs availability).
- Use the service for unlawful monitoring, harassment, stalking, discrimination, or other illegal activity.
- Circumvent technical or contractual restrictions, or use the service to distribute malware or deceptive content.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted in writing.
3. Content and third parties
You are responsible for how you use intelligence and alerts, including compliance with law and any obligations to third parties. Do not use Gideon in a manner that infringes others' rights or violates platform integrations' acceptable use rules.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other appropriate action, including working with law enforcement where required.
5. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
